Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold by AI DOERS on aidoers.io, including the Meta Ads Account Audit + Action Plan (the “Audit”) and any written audit, action plan, or playbook documents delivered with it.
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles the transaction, tax, and the refund mechanics; AI DOERS reviews and approves refund requests under this policy.
1. Before your session is delivered
If you have purchased an Audit but your session has not yet taken place and the written documents have not yet been delivered, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Just email us before your scheduled time.
2. Rescheduling
Need to move your time? You can reschedule your session at no charge with at least 12 hours’ notice. We’ll work with you to find a slot that fits.
3. After your session is delivered
Because the Audit is a digital product delivered live and accompanied by written documents (the audit summary, action plan, and playbook PDF), it is considered delivered and consumed once the session has taken place and the documents have been sent. By booking and attending, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital product.
That said, our goal is for you to leave better off than you arrived. If you genuinely did not receive value, contact us within 14 days of your session and we will review your request in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-delivery or technical failure
If a session does not take place due to our fault, or you do not receive the digital documents you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled session — your choice.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle, where possible, within 14 days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days to appear.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@aidoers.io with the email address used at checkout and your Paddle order/receipt number. You may also request a refund directly through the link on your Paddle receipt. We respond to every request within 2 business days.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the terms above.
